  • Work with Procurement, Accounting and other internal teams to develop simplified Scope of Work formats and processing systems in order to meet both company and vendor requirements and to ensure timely deliverables and payments.

 

  • Evaluate vendor proposals, expanding scope by analyzing category elements to develop ala carte add-ons that build stronger, holistic packages, while maintaining healthy vendor relationships.

 

  • Vet, hire and manage advertising, promotion, media, public relations and lobbyist companies, through the RFP and contractual process.

IN PRACTICE

  • Conducted 360° Evaluation of TracyLocke on behalf of T-Mobile that found pricing and process gaps, resolved payment processing practices, and saved both the agency and Company over $18k in media charges due to invoicing and payment cadence gaps.

 

  • At any one time, managed relationships with 8 internal teams, 4 agencies, 6 device manufacturers, 11 Regional Vice Presidents and over 40 Market Managers and Directors.
